We installed a Cylinder UV Printer for a customer who produces gift items in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nowadays, the printing on the gift items are becoming personalized. It is very costly to print it by the traditional printing way. So, the customer wanted some UV printer for help. They learnt that Caiyi has this printer and they visited us with their cups, bottles, and so on.

In our demo room, they saw how our printer printed on these items, and did calculation and found that the cost per unit is lower than the traditional way. The printer can save much labour cost. The operator can print any design on these items with a PC only.

Caiyi CY-UV2513 Cylinder has 2 sections where cylinders can be loaded, and each section can work with 4 rows of cylinders. So, the printer can print many cylinders in one go! And, while it is printing on one section, the operator can load cylinders onto the other section.   That means the printer works non stop.
