Mechanical transmission control system:

• The whole machine adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC servo control system, which has high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and good human-computer interaction.

• Using Mitsubishi servo motor with larger torque and high precision cycloid pin gear reducer, it has high precision, fast speed and stable performance.

• Adopts servo lead edge feeder, accurate and stable, high repeat positioning accuracy, multi row wheel structure, with stronger adsorption force.

• Adopts baffle multi positioning, can be suitable for a variety of cardboard positioning at the same time, reducing the adjustment time;

• The fan is adjusted by Mitsubishi frequency converter, the air volume is flexible and reliable, more energy saving.

• Adopt multi channel independent suction belt, paperboard feeding is more accurate.

• The laser sensor is used to automatically distinguish the problems of multiple sheets, board warpage and board deviation, which is more intelligent and reduces human participation.
